Return & Refund Policy

At SOM1 EAGLE, we strive to make our customers satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. If you're having trouble with a premium SOM1 EAGLE product or believe it is defective, and/or you’re feeling frustrated, then please submit a ticket to our Helpdesk to report your defective product and our team will assist you as soon as possible. For a damaged extension or template, we will request from you a link and/or a screenshot of the issue to be sent to our support service.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

No returns/refunds will be offered for digital products except if the product you’ve purchased is:

- Completely non-functional.

- And you’ve opened a support ticket on our Helpdesk but you didn't get any response in 48h (business days only).

- And/or product main description was fully misleading.

- then you do have the option to request a refund.

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in following situations:

- You have changed your mind about an item/subscription.

- You bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.

- The product(s) was bought by your employee or inmate using your payment method which he/she had legal access to.

- You refused to provide our support staff with access to your website to investigate our product you are having issue with.

- It has expired more than 15 days after purchase and you even didn't add at least one ticket on SOM1 EAGLE Helpdesk with a real issue.

- We don’t offer any refund for any item that you buy/bought at a discounted price. The items you buy at a special price (e.g. promotions/discounts) will not be eligible for refunds.

- No refund will be offered for any item (even if it was bought at a regular price) while any discount offer is running on our site. Your refund request will be evaluated after the discount offer/campaign ends.

- Renewals or upgrades will not be eligible for refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SOM1 EAGLE offers a full or partial refund within 15 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. In this case SOM1 EAGLE has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please also note that:

- You may cancel your account at any time, however, there are no refunds for cancellation.

- If you get a refund you cannot use the downloaded premium products any more.

- If the product (after update) is still damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.

- Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
